This is absolutley fantastic. I just got issue 174 gunslinger spawn part 1, and I fell in love with the story and artwork. Ive been thinking about making my own costume, but i dont think I have the talent or materials. But this is by far the best costume Ive seen. Bravo

Thanks! Unfortunately it's been in a state of disrepair for quite a while. At some point I'm going to remake the mask so I can wear it again.

Is there anything you make that isn't totally awesome? I mean, his eyes. Light. Up.

Don't even get me started on how gorgeous the coat looks.

Badd ass is the only other word I can use right now.

How did you make the chest plate? I mean seen some spawn costumes at comic conventions and most of the people use aluminum foil or table cloth then the end result is that the costumes would come out super bulkie LOL. But yeah, how did you pull off the chest plate, would it work if I did a regular spawn cosplay?

Any chance of you giving away or selling the hat or coat? Kidding, but really, this is a really good outfit. It's just so well done. The LED eyes add more to it. But, if you could have, you should have put multiple LEDs to make the eyes like they really look like, rather than two small dots.

LOL. Thanks. It's hard enough to see with just the two, and after taking it off everything it tinted red for 15 minutes. Oh, plus the splitting headache.

Oh no! It is a treasured piece of my costume wardrobe.

But I can be commissioned to make just about anything. For some reason, I can only bring myself to sell things that I've made with the intent to sell.

Fuckin A!
This is incredible!

What's the coat made out of and how did Michelle go about making the collar stand up?

Thanks!

It's textured microfiber suede fabric. She sewed many layers of interfacing and steel wires inside of the collar so that it would keep its gravity defying shape.
