Clockwork Angel Preview 2 by VynetteDantes Clockwork Angel Preview 2 by VynetteDantes
This is a preview of Nicole's steampunk costume. The clothes she is wearing are only an approximation of what she is making, just to give you an basic idea and to make the presentation of the gadgets more interesting.

The wings are not intended to provide flight, but are actually antennae used for radio communication.

Antennae Wing Pack and Opera Goggles designed and built by me.

The clock we used for the base of the back was rewired by Adam Foote.

While I realize you must receive a shocking amount of comments, I felt that it would be wrong to favorite this without saying that this piece is absolutely phenomenal and I look forward to your future works; you are deeply talented and truly an inspiration!

Do you make each part like the cogwheels yourself or do you take them out of other devices?

We take them from existing machines. It takes quite a bit of expensive equipment to make gears. Eventually, I want to make my own, but until I am significantly more wealthy, I have to cannibalize clocks and such.

I can imagine, I'm sure you'll get there someday. If you sold a weapong or something you created I'm sure you could make quite a hefty sum. Good luck with you fortune making!

Thanks! The wings do move, though they are to heavy to be powered by the tiny motor in the clock part.
